Traditionally, Lawyers charge an hourly rate for their services. It is the age old question,how long is a piece of string? Not knowing what the fees will be at the end of the process means you could be in for a supprise.
We wanted to give our customers the peace of mind knowing the exact fees that will be charged. Imagine a fixed fee that is guarenteed not to change. Whats more we will also give you the total amount including any VAT and disbursments* That is the VL Promise.

Office hours? does that really suit you? We didn't think so. We are open on Saturdays and our team are on hand to answer any questions you have until 7pm weekdays.
You will always be given a direct contact number for your lawyer dealing with the case. We have also introduced out 4 hour call back promise.
Your initial consultation is FREE and we won't put a time limit on it either. It will take as long as it takes for us to give you the best possible advice.
